Still and sparkling pink wine that had alcohol removed — ranked by tasted Dry Standard scores, not marketing zeros.

Rosé is where a lot of non-alcoholic wine shopping starts — and where a lot of it ends in strawberry syrup. This list is only dealcoholized pink wine: fruit that was vinified, then had alcohol removed. Built pink alternatives and hybrids sit elsewhere.

Still vs sparkling

Still dealcoholized rosé lives or dies on acid and dry fruit. Spinning-cone Marlborough pinks and vacuum-distilled Provence-style bottles can keep strawberry and peach without turning into candy — when the producer started with wine worth drinking.

Sparkling dealcoholized rosé is usually a still wine, stripped, then carbonated (or a sparkling wine sent through reverse osmosis). The bead can be fine and pleasant. It is rarely grower Champagne. Judge the fruit and dryness, not the romance of the cork.

What holds up in this cellar

  • Giesen 0% Rosé — white peach and cranberry over a light frame; off-dry without soda. Spinning cone, Marlborough/Waipara fruit.
  • Oddbird Sparkling Rosé — berry-led, semi-dry, clean; warm-weather pink fizz when you want fruit, not depth.
  • Noughty Rosé — still summer berries and apricot; soft and balanced, without a bead.
  • 90+ Cellars Lot 229 — South of France Grenache sparkling, reverse osmosis; dry fine bead, thinner than crémant, clean berry and pith.
  • Leitz Sparkling Rosé — Rheingau wild strawberry and raspberry over fine bubbles; lighter and drier than most pink fizz.
  • Kolonne Null Rosé — strawberry and white peach, dry and stony; lean mineral spine at 0.0%.

Hybrid bottles that add grape must or juice after removal — including high-scoring pinks such as French Bloom Le Rosé — are not on this dealcoholized list. They belong with sparkling wine or the 0.0% set when the residual is stated.
