The wine
The score sits on freshness and restraint, not on complexity. White peach, apple, and strawberry open clean and lifted — fruit that still smells like fruit, not candy syrup. On the palate the 18 g/L residual sugar reads as off-dry cranberry and stone fruit over a light frame: sweet enough to be friendly, acid enough that it does not tip into soda. The finish is crisp and short, which is honest for dealcoholized rosé at this weight rather than a fault to hide.
Spinning-cone Giesen whites already showed that the house can keep aromatic fruit after alcohol leaves. The rosé does the same job in a pink glass: approachable, chilled, and better with food than ceremony. It will not reward a long swirl, and it does not pretend to.
