- Rose petal, wild strawberry, and white peach. Floral, and specific. The strawberry is what makes the smell pink.
- Palate
- Bright and berry-led, with white peach still in the fruit and a mineral edge under it. Fine bubbles, not a coarse fizz. The mineral note keeps the wild strawberry from turning candied, and the peach stays in the middle of the sip.
- Finish
- Medium-long. Floral, with tart red fruit still in the aftertaste. The strawberry and the petal do not vanish at once.
