The wine

Ohne Rosé is the other current sheet. Weis says it is continuing to grow a dealcoholized portfolio, and this 2025 cuvée is the rosé in that line: Finger Lakes fruit, 75 percent Merlot and 25 percent Cabernet Franc, aged in stainless steel. As on the pale Ohne, stainless steel is an aging note. It is not a named removal process. The front label prints Finger Lakes and dealcoholized sparkling wine under the Ohne script. The sheet says the wine is dealcoholized and not completely free of alcohol. It does not name the equipment, so the method stays undeclared.

The bottle on the page is pink, with a black capsule. The pale Ohne beside it carries the same house name and a gold capsule, and its front label stops at the script name. Color, capsule, and the varietal line are what separate the two. The sheet prints the blend. Nothing on the front label repeats those grapes.

Strawberry, raspberry, and yellow peach are the winery’s note, with a sweetness it describes in prose and a residual-sugar analysis it prints on its own line. That copy stays off the tasting fields. The Dry Standard has not poured this bottle, so the page carries the facts and no score.
