Leitz Eins-Zwei-Zero Sparkling Rosé is dealcoholized from Rheingau, Germany. The base is Rheingau rosé, vinified conventionally before dealcoholization. Spinning cone technology applied to conventionally vinified Rheingau rosé (same process as the published Leitz Riesling).

On the nose, wild strawberry and raspberry with a floral lift — recognizably rosé, recognizably Rheingau. On the palate, Light and fresh; red berry fruit over fine bubbles, drier than expected for the category. The finish is clean and crisp, the red fruit trailing.
