Noughty Dealcoholized Rosé is dealcoholized from Western Cape, South Africa. The base is 98% Chenin Blanc / 2% Pinotage, fermented 14 days, two months on lees, then dealcoholized. Gently spun cone technology under vacuum at low temperature.

On the nose, summer berries and fresh apricot — the producer list, and it holds. On the palate, Provence-shaped, balanced, a little softer than the sparkling Noughty. The Pinotage is a tint, not a tannin. The finish is gently lingering fruit. Less snap than the sparkling Chardonnay. Still rosé, not the sparkling sibling already on this desk.
