Kolonne Null Rosé is dealcoholized from Provence (fruit), dealcoholized in Berlin, Germany. The base is Traditionally vinified Provence rosé, fully fermented before alcohol removal. Vacuum distillation at approximately 30°C, run from the producer’s in-house Berlin laboratory.
On the nose, fresh strawberry and white peach, with a dry, stony edge rather than candy sweetness. On the palate, Crisp and lean; red berry fruit over a mineral spine, less weight than a full-strength Provence rosé but the shape holds. The finish is Dry and brief, citrus-tinged.
