The estate sells Save Water Drink Riesling free as the alcohol-free variant: Rheingau Riesling, fruity, stainless steel, gentle dealcoholization that it says keeps the Riesling character. It does not print a number for alcohol. The US importer sheet for the alcohol-free Riesling lists 0.05% alcohol, 47.0 g/L residual sugar, 7.0 g/L acidity, and 100% Riesling from Winkel. The bottle in hand is the free bottling, not the Schorle. Serve at 10–12°C, per the estate page. The estate’s drink window is about three years.
