Verdict
The sparkling nephew of the still Eins-Zwei-Zero Riesling already on this desk. Same vacuum still, more bead, same citrus-and-rhubarb argument.

Tasting notes
-
01
Nose
green apple, citrus, and a cool mineral line. The mousse lifts the zest.

02
Palate
Brisk and a little sweet, then acidity pulls it taut. Lighter than a Rheingau Sekt with ethanol, but the grape is still the point.

Sources disagree on the following points.
- Abv: Older Leitz technical sheet (August 2022) lists this Sparkling Riesling as 0% vol. / alcohol-free. Current producer FAQ for the Eins-Zwei-Zero range says products can contain minimal residual alcohol but remain below 0.1% vol. We print <0.1% from the current FAQ and do not collapse the older 0% sheet into a 0.0% label.
