Research notes

The 2024 tech sheet is a dealcoholised sparkling rosé from Côtes de Provence at a printed ceiling of <0.5% ABV, made from seven Provençal grapes, aged 3–6 months, then vacuum-dealcoholised. Ingredients are dealcoholised wine, grape must, acacia, and carbon dioxide. Nutrition is 15 calories and 1 g sugar per glass; serve 6–8°C. The 2024 shop page prints 0.5% ABV, names low-temperature vacuum distillation, gives the seven-grape shares, and lists 15 calories and 1 g sugar per approx. 120 ml with sulfites. The packshot label also prints 0.5% by vol. Farming language (sustainable, organic practices, regenerative) is not treated as an organic certification. Producer tasting copy — strawberries and cream, rose petal, apricot, pale Provence pink — is not a Dry Standard tasting.
