Waterbrook Clean Chardonnay is a dealcoholized American Chardonnay. The winery shop says it is under 0.5% alcohol and does not name the removal machine. Sources that do name a machine do not agree.

Dealcoholized Chardonnay under 0.5% ABV. The current producer shop does not name the removal machine. Haggen prints the liquid as dealcoholized white wine plus grape juice (concentrate and water), sulfur dioxide, natural flavors, and the word Tannis as spelled there. See discrepancies for the machine.

Orca International says the alcohol is removed by thin-film vacuum distillation, with an essence strip taken off and added back. A February 11, 2023 Oregonian interview with Hal Landvoigt said the Clean wines were sent to BevZero in Healdsburg and the alcohol removed by spinning cones. This record does not pick a machine.
- Origin: Orca International lists country America and region Washington. Haggen says made and bottled by Waterbrook Winery, Healdsburg, CA. The 2023 Oregonian interview said the Chardonnay used Washington state and California fruit.
