Verdict
A French Blanc-de-Blancs (sort of) — organic Chardonnay dealcoholized, blended with grape juice for a more substantial glass than most 'alcohol-removed' sparkling whites manage. Closest the NA aisle gets to a Taittinger-style pour.

The wine
French Bloom Le Blanc is a hybrid of dealcoholized material and other defining ingredients from France. The base is Organic French Chardonnay (classic method sparkling base), with organic grape juice and natural lemon flavor blended in after alcohol removal. Three-stage vacuum dealcoholization at low temperature, with aroma recovery and reintegration (producer’s own site).
