The wine

Pinot Meunier fruit leads — not a Riesling citrus sketch — with herbal notes from the meadow infusion: floral, slightly grassy, distinctive. That fruit-and-herb opening is the pour’s hinge. Dry and elegant on the sip; the wine base gives it shape while the meadow-fruit, herb, and blossom add complexity a straight dealcoholized sparkling rarely has.

Soft bead carries the frame. Finish is dry and long, herbs and blossom lingering after the fruit softens. Mouthfeel stays dry through that long exit rather than turning sweet. Well chilled in a flute or wine glass. The herbs do not shout; they linger after the fruit steps back.

The grassy-floral infusion keeps it from tasting like pink soda; Pinot Meunier fruit is the lead, herbs and blossom the trail. Dry through the middle, dry on the exit — elegance over sweetness. Distinctive in the sense the notes mean: wine base plus meadow botanicals, not a generic nonalcoholic fizz outline. Meunier fruit and a little earth under the floral lift; the infusion is what makes the pour feel original rather than stripped. Soft bead, dry length, herbal close. Dry, floral, grassy, long.
