The 2025 product page calls this an alcohol-removed white and describes lemon blossom, jasmine, crisp Anjou pears, and citrus zest, with 20 calories and 4 grams of sugar per glass. It does not name the blend, the vineyard, or the machine. The producer FAQ, for the current vintage, says alcohol is removed with vacuum distillation and a spinning cone column, residual alcohol is under 0.5%, whites are fermented in stainless steel, about 2% varietal grape juice is added back, and sulfites are added. A bottle photographed for this record is the 2024 Rhône Blanc, labeled alcohol-removed and less than 0.5% ABV. That still is not used here.
