The wine

Grapefruit pith, tart passionfruit, and a green grassy edge open the glass — herb against tropical fruit from the first sniff. Lemon shortbread and tart pear lead the sip, blackcurrant leaf underneath. The grassy snap and the passionfruit trade the middle: neither fully wins, and that is the pour.
