How we scoreVerdict
Editorial VerdictCrisp, mineral, and lingering — tropical fruit without the soft-sweet trap. The saline close is the point. A serious dealcoholized white blend, not a cooler.

Tasting notes
-
Nose
White flowers and pear with lemon and grapefruit — floral citrus, not perfume candy.
-
Palate
Guava and pineapple beside pink grapefruit and a mineral line. Crisp; sweetness stays out of the way.
-
Finish
Crisp, saline, and lingering — citrus and mineral after the tropical fruit.
The wine
The finish is saline. Crisp citrus and mineral hang after the tropical fruit instead of a sugary fade — that is the argument for Presence. Guava and pineapple show on the palate; pink grapefruit and a mineral line keep them from turning soft.
White flowers and pear open the nose with lemon and grapefruit. Floral citrus, not cologne. The sip is bright: tropical fruit rides acidity rather than residual sugar. Mouthfeel is crisp and lightly saline through the middle — tension over cream. It does not try to replace alcohol weight with glycerol softness.
Serve it well chilled. As it warms, the guava thickens and the saline edge softens; cold keeps the grapefruit sharp. Likeness is very good for a dealcoholized white blend: mineral and lingering, not a flavored cooler. Conventional Alsace richness is still missing. Crisp, saline persistence is not — and that is why the glass stays interesting.
How to drink it
Well chilled, in a white-wine glass.
