Zero Zero Red
74/100
The short takeAn underwhelming alcohol-removed red. The watery palate lacks depth, weight and convincing wine-like character, while a short, unmemorable finish leaves the experience feeling undeveloped.

The wine
Le Naturel Zero Zero Red feels thin and dilute, with little weight or texture to support a satisfying sip. The problem is how little the liquid gives back: the palate lacks depth and convincing wine-like character, leaving an impression of something watery and undeveloped. There is too little substance to hold interest beyond the initial taste.
The aroma offers more to consider. Red berries and cherry are joined by a little cooked fruit and subtle spice, giving the nose some variety that the palate does not sustain. It pours a relatively pale cherry-red. The fruit and spice suggest a more interesting sip than the watery palate delivers, and the aroma’s promise is left undeveloped in the mouth.
The finish does little to improve the experience. It has neither much length nor a memorable final impression, so the wine closes without developing the interest suggested by the aroma. The lack of texture and persistence leaves this red feeling incomplete. Presentation promises wine, but the liquid offers little of that experience. The cork is arguably its most vinous feature.

Evidence Producer documented
Production type describes how it is made, not how it tastes. What this classification means.
Method A delicate cold dealcoholisation process applied once the wine is made, designed to preserve the aromas and flavours of the grapes (producer technical sheet). The sheet does not name a specific technology such as vacuum or spinning cone.Verified from producer documentation · Oct 2026
Research notes
Producer packshot label reads ZERO ZERO, LE NATUREL, DESALCOHOLIZADO. English technical sheet: wine is made first, then a delicate cold dealcoholization; alcohol content 0,0% Vol; varieties Garnacha Tinta and others; organic farming, northern-border vineyards, Navarra via Aroa. Le Naturel Zero Zero page names Red Garnacha and a low-temperature dealcoholizing process. Serendipity importer sheet lists 750 ml and Navarra. Named removal equipment is not on the producer sheet. Producer tasting copy stays off this record.

Where sources disagree
Sources disagree on the following points.
- Base beverage: Both sources name the same grape, Garnacha (Grenache). The Vintae sheet adds "and others"; the brand page names no second grape. Whether the wine is a blend is unresolved.
- Ingredients: Sulphites contradiction (2026-10-06): producer's own Vintae shop states the wine contains sulphites, vs the Serendipity importer sheet's "No Sulfites Added" sustainability line. No ingredients value applied; nutrition leads (Carrefour ~72 kcal/100 ml vs COOLSOBERS garbled line) conflicting and unfetchable.
