It says the wine starts as a fully fermented Tuscan Syrah and that alcohol is removed after the wine is complete. The steps named are low-temperature vacuum distillation, then isolation of aromatic compounds from the alcohol, then return of those aromas to the dealcoholized wine. Andreina calls that aroma step Aroma Capture. The FAQ names low-temperature vacuum distillation and says the process recovers 99% of the original wine’s aromatic profile. That 99% figure is the producer’s claim. The FAQ prints 15 calories and 2 g of sugar per 5 oz serving, and says the wine is vegan and gluten-free. The shop showed $29.99 and sold out.
