Leitz Eins-Zwei-Zero Sparkling Blanc de Blancs is dealcoholized from Rheingau, Germany. The base is Rheingau white wine, vinified conventionally before dealcoholization. Spinning cone technology applied to conventionally vinified Rheingau sparkling wine (same process as the published Leitz Riesling).

On the nose, green apple and citrus with a bready top note — the Blanc de Blancs profile, lean and precise. On the palate, Fine and persistent bubbles over a crisp, green-fruit body; leaner than the Riesling version but with the same varietal honesty. The finish is clean and precise, the citrus carrying.
