Rosé
76/100
The short takeA very thin rosé with candy-like red fruit and just enough acidity to stay refreshing. The restrained nose, simple middle and limited persistence leave it pleasant enough but ultimately basic.

The wine
Thinness is the lasting impression of FRE Rosé. Strawberry and raspberry give it a recognizable fruit character, and soft citrus adds a little lift, but the middle has little depth. The slight sweetness moves toward a chalky PEZ-candy impression, making the fruit feel more confectionery than developed. There is enough gentle acidity to keep the sip refreshing, though it supplies only modest support for such a light body.
The pale pink pour is clear and bright, with a youthful appearance. Its nose is much quieter: a faint floral note is about all that emerges. That restrained opening leaves the palate to carry the glass, and the red fruit does provide some immediate appeal. The simple middle limits how far that appeal goes. Sweetness and acidity keep it moving without building much structure or giving the fruit a more substantial setting.
Red fruit and a touch of sweetness remain through a clean, short-to-medium finish. The close is pleasant enough, but its limited persistence does little to deepen the impression. This is a basic rosé whose refreshing acidity is its most useful counterweight to the candy-like fruit. The very thin texture, muted aroma and lack of development hold it at 76 points: drinkable, but short on structure, depth and staying power.

Research notes
FRE's Rosé product page describes spinning-cone alcohol removal from a fully fermented wine. The aroma essences are reintroduced to the dealcoholized base, which is blended with unfermented grape juice. This standard juice back-addition remains Dealcoholized. The product page declares less than 0.5% ABV and also mentions vacuum distillation in its FAQ; the detailed Rosé winemaking section specifically names the spinning-cone column.
