BEAU VIVA Sparkling Rosé is a sparkling rosé the producer crafts in the South of France from hand-selected grapes, stating a true 0.0% ABV with no trace of alcohol remaining — an unusually strong claim for the category, and one the physical label has yet to confirm. The producer FAQ describes a conventional winemaking followed by gentle vacuum distillation, a low-temperature removal the brand says preserves aromas, structure and complexity, without artificial flavoring. The printed ingredients are dealcoholized French wine, grape juice concentrate, carbon dioxide, ascorbic acid, preservatives, natural flavors and organic fruit-and-vegetable juice for color; the producer also states the wine is vegan-friendly though not certified, low in sugar with a dry finish, and about 17 kcal per 100 ml. The 750 ml bottle was purchased through The Zero Proof in November 2026 — free after a monthly-promo code on a $25.00 list price — for a planned tasting. As of the same week, the producer’s own shop page showed online orders unavailable, so US retail currently runs through resellers. It has not been tasted, and it has no score; the tasting record will follow when the bottle is poured.
