Research notes
A pairing sheet (InDesign, January 2024 / April 2026) repeats that process and prints food pairing: aperitif with pan-seared foie gras, smoked salmon canapés, and red fruit desserts. The shop page does not name the removal machine. Estate Terra Vitis certified since 2000 (annual by vintage; August 2024 deck). International Non-Alcoholic Competition, New York, June 2026: Producer of the Year — Wine Alternatives; sparkling rosé gold, 95/100 (producer accolades sheet — not a Dry Standard score). Added carbonation after removal stays dealcoholized. Producer tasting copy stays here: freshly picked flowers and ripe red fruit; freshness and fine bubbles.
