May 2026 English sheet: harvested early September; direct pressing; alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature; dealcoholised by vacuum evaporation before bottling; 0.0% vol.; ageing potential 2 years. A February 2023 English sheet prints 0% Vol., the same harvest and press, then dealcoholised and bottled, and does not name a machine. Estate Terra Vitis certified since 2000 (annual by vintage; August 2024 deck). International Non-Alcoholic Competition, New York, June 2026: Producer of the Year — Wine Alternatives; Équilibre Zéro white gold, 95/100 (producer accolades sheet — not a Dry Standard score). Producer tasting copy stays here: exotic fruit and white-fleshed fruit on the nose; those sensations linger with liveliness on the palate.
