Surely’s winemaking page says the wines start as California grapes, are fermented, and then have the alcohol removed on a spinning cone column. A later blend uses natural ingredients. The same site’s journal says the finished non-alcoholic wine is under 0.5% ABV and lists Sauvignon Blanc in the range, and it describes the removal only as gentle and low-temperature. The old Sauvignon Blanc product URL returned 404 on 2026-09-23, so this record does not copy an ingredient panel from that page. The bottle photographed for this record is labeled non-alc. Sauvignon Blanc, made in California, less than 0.5% ABV. The label does not name the machine.
