The wine

ONES Sparkling Rosé is a dealcoholized sparkling from the Okanagan, sold on the Canada shop as a six-pack of 750 ml bottles. The bottle in the shop photograph is vintage 2024, under a cork and a wire cage. Another label on this wine reads 2025 Sparkling Rosé / Rosé pétillant. The shop page does not print a year.

A February 2024 ONES post says this sparkling rosé is made from Merlot, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc, from Okanagan grapes that are fermented and then passed through reverse osmosis. The homepage still presents reverse osmosis as the house step. The six-pack page itself does not name the grapes or the machine. It does say pocket-desert grapes and 0.5%. The ingredient list begins with dealcoholized wine, then carbon dioxide, and a 188 mL serving prints no sugar and 10 calories. The bottle says it was crafted by ONES in Summerland, British Columbia.

The Canada shop listed the six-pack at $149.99 CAD and showed it available on 4 November 2026. The shop’s tasting lines name strawberry, melon, acidity, and bubbles. Those lines are the producer’s copy. The Dry Standard has not poured this bottle, and it has no score.

Research notes

The vendor field reads ONES+. The page calls it a 0.5% wine from Canada's first non-alc winery, crafted with pocket-desert grapes, and says the pack is 6 x 750 ml bottles of 0.5% Sparkling Rosé. Its aroma and palate lines name ripe strawberry, juicy melon, bright crisp acidity, and fine bubbles. Those lines are not a Dry Standard tasting. The words above that figure were not readable, so they are not recorded as a less-than claim. The current six-pack page does not repeat that blend. This product page does not print a sugar figure or a vintage. The back label reads ONES+, 2025 Sparkling Rosé / Rosé pétillant, Made with Canadian wine, and Product of Canada. Per 188 mL it prints 10 calories, 1 g carbohydrate, 0 g sugar, 5 mg sodium, 75 mg potassium, and 20 mg calcium. It does not print an alcohol percentage.
