Research notes

Frizero Rosé is the sparkling rosé. The 2026 technical sheet says the grapes are macerated for four hours at 10°C, pressed, fermented at 14–16°C, rested briefly in steel, then dealcoholized by cold reverse osmosis. Sparkle is controlled carbonation with high-purity carbon dioxide at low temperature, and the sheet says no sugar is added at that step. The producer site describes the same maceration and fermentation temperatures, then cold dealcoholization with membrane technology. The sheet traces the house to the heritage of Cantine Fumanelli, on the Squarano Estate near Verona.

Where sources disagree

Sources disagree on the following points.

  • Grapes: The 2026 technical sheet lists Corvina. The producer site lists native red varieties from Veneto vinified as rosé, predominantly Corvina and Corvinone. Both claims stay on the record.
  • ABV: The 2026 technical sheet prints < 0.5% abv. The producer homepage prints 0% alcohol above the Bianco and Rosé. The stored figure is the sheet’s ceiling.
