Research notes
PortoVino places the growers in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area, in Vittorio Veneto. The soils are limestone-clay, with deposits from the ancient Piave glacier. Pressure is 5.45 bar. The prose says sulphites are kept under 50 mg/l, and the spec line says 50 mg/L total. Annual production is 1,000 cases. Both the sheet and the producer page say most non-alcoholic wines are dealcoholized and this one is not: nothing is removed. The producer page says that handling is meant to prevent unwanted fermentations. PortoVino stated on 2 November 2026 that the juice never fermented, which is why the wine was not dealcoholized. The front label reads San Mon and “Original Italian Bubbly — Alcohol free.” It does not print a percent and it does not say Prosecco. PortoVino’s flavor line, a fine persistent perlage, brilliant straw yellow, golden apple and white peach, and a savory finish, is not a tasting.
Where to buy
- Availability
Imported by PortoVino. The producer page and the tech sheet do not print a bottle price or a fill volume.
Prices and availability are independently observed and may change. Retailer listings do not imply endorsement. A different package is labeled as a different format. Reader-service exceptions and commercial links are identified above; neither affects scores, rankings, classification, verification, or editorial coverage.
