Research notes

The producer specifies a 55% Chenin Blanc / 45% Chardonnay blend from dry-farmed Western Cape vineyards. Fermentation lasts 14 days at 14–15°C, followed by two months on lees and spinning-cone alcohol removal under vacuum at low temperature. Both the product information and producer label artwork declare less than 0.5% alcohol. The page’s fruit and floral tasting descriptions are producer copy, not Dry Standard observations.
