NOOH by La Coste Sparkling Blanc is a hybrid of dealcoholized material and other defining ingredients from Provence, France. The base is 100% estate Sauvignon Blanc from Château La Coste, fermented then dealcoholized; sparkling finish with natural flavors after removal. Vacuum distillation; evaporation at a maximum of approximately 35–40°C (producer).
