The wine page calls this an alcohol-free white wine from organically grown Verdejo in Rueda. The appellation line is “Alcohol free white wine,” not a denominación de origen. The page says the vines are 20-year-old bush vines, grown without irrigation, and that the wine is fermented in stainless steel with the estate’s own cultivated indigenous yeasts. After fermentation it is dealcoholized with what the page calls the technology of Golo, then kept in stainless steel until bottling. The page does not name a machine. Neither page prints a bottle size or a price. The producer’s tasting note names apple, citrus, lime, and white flowers, and recommends service at 6°C. That note is not a tasting.
