The wine

GOODVINES ferments Riesling, takes the alcohol off under vacuum at around 30 °C, and puts a little rectified grape must back in. This bottle then gets carbon dioxide. The manufacturing page names Sparkling Riesling for that gas. The front label reads Dealcoholized and 750 ml. The shop prints 0.0% vol., 34.0 g/l residual sugar, and 18 kcal per 100 ml.

The shop table says drink it at 6–8 °C. A serving paragraph on the same page says about 8–10 °C. Both figures stay. A 0.33 litre listing is a different bottle, with a crown cork. No glass of this 750 ml has been poured here, so the page carries no score.

Research notes

The shop describes ripe apple, peach, citrus, elderflower, and a hint of white tea, and a fine bead. That is the producer’s description, not a tasting. The specification table lists 6.0 g/l total acid and 4.1 g carbohydrates per 100 ml. The same table says drink it at 6–8 °C. A serving paragraph on the page says about 8–10 °C. The Expertise sheet agrees with 6–8 °C. A separate 0.33 l listing uses a crown cork.
