Gnista’s product sheet puts the wine alternatives under 0.4% ABV, at 75 cl, made in Kristianstad by Balsgård Foodtech for Gnista Spirits, in small batches in Skåne. It describes Gnista Red as juices, a fermented brew, and spice extracts. The Italian style ingredients are juice of sour cherry, grape, and rhubarb, with extracts and infusions of oak, raisins, pepper, wormwood, licorice root, black pepper, and habanero, plus sugar beet syrup and sea salt. Nutrition on that sheet is 32 kcal and 6.8 g sugars per 100 g. The producer’s alt-wine answers say these drinks are not de-alcoholised and are built without fermentation. The Zero Proof lists the same bottle under 0.5% ABV at $19.99 and prints tasting copy that is not a cellar note. Serve guidance on the producer site is 10–12°C. The Zero Proof says about 18°C.
