Gnista’s product sheet puts the wine alternatives under 0.4% ABV, at 75 cl, made in Kristianstad by Balsgård Foodtech for Gnista Spirits, in small batches in Skåne. It describes Gnista Red as juices, a fermented brew, and spice extracts. The French style ingredients are juice of grape, sour cherry, and cranberry, with extracts and infusions of oak, raisins, pepper, lavender, and habanero, plus sugar beet syrup and sea salt. Nutrition on that sheet is 47 kcal and 7.2 g sugars per 100 g. The producer’s alt-wine answers say these drinks are not de-alcoholised and are built without fermentation. The Zero Proof sells it as French Not Wine, lists under 0.5% ABV, and adds water and a natural pine aroma to the ingredient line. Its page shows $19.99, reduced from $24.99.
