Freixenet 0,0 Sparkling White is dealcoholized from Penedès, Spain. The base is Blend of classic Spanish grapes, mainly Airén. Low-temperature vacuum evaporation, applied after making the wine to full strength.

On the nose, tropical fruit and citrus, straightforward and fruit-forward rather than yeasty or toasty. On the palate, Fresh and fruity with balanced bubbles; residual sugar (38 g/L) is noticeable but not cloying. The finish is Soft and short.
