The wine

Sweetness arrives with the fruit and stays. Slightly sweet, soft, and silky, with tropical fruit, herbs, and flowers doing the aromatic work. In the glass this Chardonnay is fruity and gentle.

The smell is exotic fruit first, then herbs, then flowers. The flowers belong to that perfume.

Soft through the middle. Fruity, silky, and the acid does not push back hard. A gently sweet, floral finish of medium length. The sweetness is still there at the end, which is the character of the wine and also its limit. There is no crisp snap to reset the palate.

Serve it cold. Cold, the herbs and the flowers stay distinct, and the silkiness feels like texture rather than sugar alone. Pleasant, soft, and sweet-leaning. The tropical fruit is easy to name and easy to keep sipping, and the floral note follows it out. A second glass tastes like the first: fruit, herbs, flowers, silk, and a gentle sweetness that does not turn sharp. Drink it when that softness is what you want. Herbs, flowers, and tropical fruit stay in the same order from the first smell to the sweet close.
