Rosé

The wine

Red berry is the note that opens De Nada. Citrus rides beside it, but the berry is what the glass announces — dry, elegant rosé fruit rather than sweet candy. The palate agrees: dry and aromatic, fruit over a light frame, ripeness kept in check instead of pushed toward syrup. Nothing in the middle betrays the nose; the sip stays dry where a sweeter rosé would turn the berry sticky.

Clean and dry through the finish. Light body, clean close. Well chilled. Red berry and citrus, then air — honest about the fruit without dressing it up. The elegance is the dryness: aromatic enough to read as rosé, restrained enough that the berry never becomes jam. Chill keeps that dry line sharp; drink it while the berry still smells like fruit, not candy. Chilean fruit over a light frame, citrus as lift, dry all the way through — that is the pour. Aromatic on entry, clean on exit, the middle never sweet enough to argue with the nose. Dry elegance is the whole argument: berry first, citrus second, clean air last.
