Ariel Non-Alcoholic Chardonnay is dealcoholized from California, United States. The base is California Chardonnay from J. Lohr’s vineyards, vinified conventionally before dealcoholization. Spinning cone column distillation at low temperature (Ariel’s documented process, shared with the J. Lohr family of wines).
