Other Half brews All In in Brooklyn as a nonalcoholic hazy IPA — Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial — via arrested fermentation, not by stripping a finished can. The store page is explicit about locking body and hop saturation before alcohol develops. The label in hand reads Nonalcoholic Brew and under 0.5% ABV on a blue-moon patterned 12 oz can with the yellow ALL IN circle. It is the hop shop’s answer to whether an OH haze can land without ethanol, not a dealcoholized clone of a 7% double.

On the nose, peach candy and ripe grapefruit with mango underneath — loud hop aromatics before the first sip. The palate stays juicy and soft: candy peach, grapefruit pith, mango flesh, modest bitterness that stays clean rather than sticky. Body is light-medium — more convincing than thin supermarket nonalcoholic IPAs, lighter than a full-strength Other Half can, and closer to a session haze than a dessert double. Mouthfeel carries soft haze and hop oil without worty thickness in the middle. Balance leans aroma and fruit over bitterness; the malt line stays quiet so the hops can talk.

The finish snaps, then drops — the usual nonalcoholic fade rather than cardboard from a removal step. That short close is the honest trade: you keep the Other Half hop signature and lose some linger. Likeness holds because hops and haze do the structural work alcohol usually would. Serve it cold, from the can or a tumbler. Fridge can, not a ceremony pour — that is the point.
