The beer

Record

Wayfarer is Atmos Brewing’s San Diego-style nonalcoholic IPA. The producer lists six malts or grain components, five kettle-hop varieties, Simcoe dry hopping and a second addition of distilled Centennial fresh hops. The supplied sell sheet declares less than 0.5% ABV, 65 IBU and a 16 fl oz can.

Atmos’s current product page adds 69 calories and 13 g carbohydrates per can. Its brewery-level production statement says Atmos beer is brewed in Idaho and has alcohol gently removed while cold, but it does not identify the equipment or exact process. This is a research record assembled from producer documentation; it has not been tasted or scored by The Dry Standard.
