The beer
Anti-Zero is Revolution Brewing’s non-alcoholic counterpart to Anti-Hero IPA, the Chicago brewery’s flagship. Revolution says it uses the same malts, water and hops, and the same amount of hops, fermented with a maltose/maltotriose-negative yeast strain that makes as little alcohol as possible.
The producer describes no alcohol-removal step, so Anti-Zero is classed as naturally low alcohol rather than dealcoholized. A firsthand tasting is needed before this profile can carry an editorial review or score.

Research notes
Revolution Brewing says Anti-Zero is brewed with the same malts, water and hops as its flagship Anti-Hero IPA, in the same amount of hops, and fermented with a special yeast strain that produces as little alcohol as possible while keeping authentic ale character. The sell sheet names the strain type as maltose/maltotriose-negative. Neither the product page, press release, sell sheet nor producer correspondence describes a dealcoholization step, so the beer is classed as naturally low alcohol, not dealcoholized. The producer does not say whether fermentation is also arrested or the beer pasteurized.
