Our take on ZEERO

ZEERO grew out of Casa Emma and operates independently, with its own dealcoholization facility and dedicated staff. Paolo Paffi confirmed this distinction in producer correspondence supplied to The Dry Standard on October 19, 2026. Casa Emma is the wine business from which ZEERO developed; ZEERO has its own production operation and identity.

The standard range includes Red, White and Rosé, all made by removing alcohol from wine. These are unscored product profiles awaiting firsthand tastings. Each profile carries its product facts and sources.
