The wine
Fulkerson’s non-alcoholic Riesling starts as the winery’s own Riesling. The alcohol comes out afterward. Steven Fulkerson says the finished wine is less than 0.5% ABV, and that the removal was reverse osmosis, done in Virginia at Wine and Beer.
The shop still presents vintage 2024 and 100% Riesling. Those lines match the alcoholic Semi Dry Riesling, and so does the analytical strip of acidity, pH, alcohol, and residual sugar. The alcohol figure on that strip is not the figure he gave for the finished bottle. Acidity, pH, and sugar stay off this record until a label of the finished wine says what they are.
The product page does not name a removal machine. Reverse osmosis, the Virginia facility, and the finished alcohol come from the producer. The page itself still shows the alcoholic wine’s profile and a photograph of that bottle.
The photograph is marked for reference only. It is the estate Semi-Dry Riesling from Seneca Lake, and the label on that bottle reads 12% alcohol. Nothing on that label says the wine is non-alcoholic. It is not a picture of this wine. The Dry Standard has not poured the bottle, so it has no score.

Research notes
The description calls it a non-alcoholic semi-dry wine and says the photograph is for reference only. The wine profile still prints vintage 2024, Semi-Dry, 100% Riesling, titratable acidity 7.2 g/L, pH 3.35, alcohol 11.3%, and residual sugar 30 g/L. The alcoholic Semi Dry Riesling page prints that same profile. The shop photograph is the white-ground file shared with the alcoholic listing. The bottle reads Semi-Dry Riesling, Seneca Lake, Estate Grown, and 12% alc. by vol. The still on this page is that labeled bottle. Acidity, pH, and residual sugar are not stored as facts of the finished wine. The shop's tasting sentence is the shop's copy.
