Research notes

Front-label artwork on the producer packshot reads DOMAINE EdeM, Elena de Mendoza, BLONDE, botanical-infused Chardonnay sparkling beverage, non-alcoholic, contains less than 0.5% alc/vol, and 750 ml / 25.4 fl oz. A lifestyle photograph on that page shows a Spanish-language label (chardonnay · botanique / sin alcohol). Producer aroma copy stays here and is not a Dry Standard tasting. N.0 ROSÆ is the dealcoholized Spanish Airén. Brunette is a separate botanical SKU. Uco Stones and Uco Mineral are low-alcohol and are outside this record.

Where sources disagree

Sources disagree on the following points.

  • Base beverage: The current producer range page prints vinifera grape must + verjus + botanicals. The Winebow sell sheet names early-harvest verjus and grape juice and does not print “must.” The June 2026 EIN launch both calls Blonde early-harvest Chardonnay verjus and Tupungato Chardonnay grape must, and quotes Silva saying Blonde is 100% verjus. We do not resolve the must step.
  • Calories: The sell sheet and the range page now print 45 kcal per 100 ml. The April 2025 Wine Industry Advisor launch printed 62 kcal per 148 ml for Blonde, about 42 kcal per 100 ml. We print the current 45.
