Verdict A dealcoholized Rheingau sparkling rosé: wild strawberry, raspberry, and a floral lift over fine bubbles. Raspberry, rose petal, and cherry on the nose; ripe red berries and tart cherry on a semi-dry, berry-led sparkling pour that stays clean. Red berry, ripe peach and pear meet vibrant acidity and a lightly earthy finish in this sparkling rosé.

Likeness Recognizably Rheingau rosé, and drier than most pink fizz. Wild strawberry and raspberry over a fine bead. The fruit trails off instead of hanging on, so the likeness stops at the weight. Good: recognizably sparkling rosé; fruit-forward more than taut or mineral. The acid does the wine work. Red berry, ripe peach, and pear stay vivid, and the mouthfeel is finer than the usual alcohol-removed pink. A little earth on the close keeps it on the wine side of soda.
