Likeness It reads as rosé rather than pink soda: stone fruit and cranberry, off-dry, on a light frame. The short middle is the limit. Convincingly rosé-like, with delicate berry fruit, fresh acidity and a mineral edge. Gentle sweetness fits comfortably within its light, balanced structure. A soft still rosé, Provence-shaped: berries and apricot hold, and the Pinotage is color rather than tannin. The missing snap is the limit. Fruit-forward rosé, not a savory one. Redcurrant and bilberry over gentle acidity, made to pour rather than to study. The shape is wine. The short, soft close is the limit.
