The wine
This is Pippi, the first glass in Dry Wit’s three-bottle line. It is not a dealcoholized wine. The Minneapolis shop builds it from a white-pine tisane and verjus, then carbonates it. The bottle in the shop photograph prints 0% ABV and 750 ml.
The ride-along puts this bottle at the start of a meal, next to salt and brine. That pairing copy is the producer’s. This page has no glass and no score.

Research notes
Megan and Peder. The front label on the shop photograph reads DRY WIT / PIPPI and prints 0% ABV and 750 ml. The FAQ says the drinks contain zero alcohol because they are built from botanicals and juice, with nothing to remove, and names verjus as the base. The About page says no fermentation and no residual alcohol, and calls the drinks a wine alternative. Producer flavor copy stays off the tasting fields.
