The wine

This is Bruce, the last glass in Dry Wit’s three-bottle line. It is not a dealcoholized wine. The Minneapolis shop builds it from a bay tisane, verjus, and cherry juice, then carbonates it. The bottle in the shop photograph prints 0% ABV and 750 ml.

The ride-along puts this bottle at the end of a meal and calls it a red alternative. That pairing copy is the producer’s. This page has no glass and no score.

Research notes

Megan and Peder. The front label on the shop photograph reads DRY WIT / BRUCE and prints 0% ABV and 750 ml. The FAQ says the drinks contain zero alcohol because they are built from botanicals and juice, with nothing to remove, and names verjus as the base. The About page says no fermentation and no residual alcohol. Producer flavor copy stays off the tasting fields.
