The FAQ builds it from allspice, cardamom, oak, cascarilla, lemon, and grapefruit, by maceration and copper-pot distillation, then blends and bottles it in England. It is not a gin. Seedlip’s FAQ says Spice 94 is water, natural botanical distillates and extracts, potassium sorbate, and citric acid, and lists allspice, cardamom, American oak, cascarilla bark, lemon, and grapefruit. The same FAQ says Seedlip takes six weeks and uses maceration, copper-pot distillation, blending, and filtration, then is blended and bottled in England. It is not a gin: the FAQ says there is no juniper. Undiluted, the FAQ says it may contain trace alcohol under 0.5% ABV. Another phrasing on the FAQ calls Seedlip certified non-alcoholic, or alcohol-free, and compares the trace to bread, vinegar, or orange juice. All Seedlip products are described there as sugar-free, sweetener-free, and calorie-free. The US shop sells a single 700 ml bottle and a case of six. The still is one bottle. Producer aroma language (allspice, cardamom, citrus, a bitter finish) is not a tasting.
