In the glass
French Bloom Le Rosé is a sparkling glass: rose petal, wild strawberry, and white peach, with a fine bead and a mineral edge that keeps the fruit tart. Josef Leitz Zero Point Five Pinot Noir smells like Pinot first: cherry, cranberry, and red currant. The palate is juicy and light, thin through the middle, and the finish is dry, with gentle tannin that lingers. Falstaff’s 2025 dealcoholized trophy scored that Pinot Noir 92. This cellar scored it 87. MURI Yamilé is dry and tart on fine bubbles: raspberry, with peppercorn through the sip. Falstaff scored the 2024 Yamilé 90 and above.
One claim, checked: cold vacuum, then a blend
A founder interview on the French Bloom site describes triple cold vacuum distillation at 32°C as the house removal step. The Le Rosé product page names dealcoholized wine and does not name the machine. The published blend also includes grape juice, lemon juice, and grape flavor, so the review classifies it hybrid.
