Verdict JP. Chenet Sparkling Rosé is a pale pink dealcoholized sparkling wine under 0.5% ABV. The front label reads Pinot Noir and sparkling dealcoholized red wine b… Red berry, ripe peach and pear meet vibrant acidity and a lightly earthy finish in this sparkling rosé.
Flavor Differs Strawberry Red berry, Pear
Body Differs Light body —
Likeness Pinot Noir rosé in the aroma: strawberry, cherry, a floral lift, and a fine bead. The body stays light, and the close leaves before any grip arrives. Convincing as sparkling-rosé fruit, thin as a wine. The acid does the wine work. Red berry, ripe peach, and pear stay vivid, and the mouthfeel is finer than the usual alcohol-removed pink. A little earth on the close keeps it on the wine side of soda.
